Final Term and Conditions of Sale are defined on the rear side of both Acknowledgments & Invoices.

Terms are NET 30 to authorized dealers with established credit.

All previous price lists & discounts are null & void.

All orders received by Aero, whether or not acknowledged, are subject to approval by our credit department.

No orders can be canceled without written authorization from Aero Mfg. Co. Inc. All custom orders are NON-CANCELABLE.

Quotations, unless otherwise stated, are for 30 day acceptance.

All prices, specifications and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Aero reserves the right to make any change in design or material, which in our opinion, will improve the general construction of our product.

All taxes (Federal, Municipal, or Use taxes) are not included in price.

Aero is not responsible for any delays in delivery beyond our control (i.e. weather delays, strikes), or any other circumstances of similar nature.

Minimum charge per order is $50.00
FREIGHT

Aero is not responsible for delays in transit and our terms and conditions are not affected by such delays.

If no carrier is requested by name or named carrier does not serve our factory, we will make shipment by that method which in our opinion is most practical. Under no circumstances will we assume responsibility for any difference in freight charges.

Unless specified, all orders are shipped freight collect.

All freight charges that are Prepaid & Added to Invoice will include a nominal administration charge.

All third party shipments will be billed by freight company to "Sold to" address.

Shortages other than loss in transit must be reported in writing within two working days of receipt of merchandise from Aero.

All merchandise is shipped in optimal condition, and packaged in compliance with I.C.C. regulations. AERO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FREIGHT DAMAGE AFTER IT LEAVES OUR LOCATION. For damage or loss in transit, a claim must be filed by the consignee against the carrier.

Shipping weights are estimated. Actual weights may vary from those depicted herein. The correct weight will be shown on the bill of lading.

Minimum UPS charge shall be $9.25
RETURNED MERCHANDISE

No returned merchandise will be accepted for exchange, credit, or repair, unless you receive prior written consent from Aero.

A minimum 30% handling charge per item will be applied, not including any charges incurred upon putting goods into a salable condition. The minimum amount charged will be $50.00. All incoming & outgoing freight charges to be paid by the customer.
